My reasoning being that only 5 of those teams entering have a higher ranking- or does it just work that anyone entering in the second round is automatically seeded above us. so we'd be 16th?

We're seeded for the next round, and the third round. Would be touch and go whether we were seeded for the final qualifying round though.
I don't think it makes any odds where you're seeded.

The final is being drawn at 6.40 tonight, just after the draw for the semi final and before the presentation of the trophy to the winners.
